He was brought into custody and taken to a police station where he was arrested and held for a further 14 months. He was released on bond and then given a trial. At the end of the trial, the man was given a hearing on the charges.
“A man can be found to be in possession of counterfeit goods, but that doesn’t mean he is liable to prosecution,” a judge wrote in a criminal complaint.
“There is no need to be concerned about the fact that he is in possession of counterfeit goods.”
The man also had a “substantial personal stake in the outcome of the proceedings” and would be subject to “other relevant sanctions,” including fines.
The man will be given a trial on March 27.

According to court documents, the man was also arrested for selling “fake Viagra” online. He has already been charged with a number of offences. The investigation is ongoing.
